1.Senior Engineerā€“ Electrical, MEP, REC

Location-Chennai

Responsibilities:

  • Design of Low Voltage Switchboards and LV sub-mains cabling, distribution and Containment

  • Design of Power distribution to mechanical and public health equipment

  • Design of Emergency power systems (Diesel Generator and UPS) and Small power

  • Design of Earthing and bonding installations

  • Design of Lightning protection, Lighting, Lighting control and Emergency lighting

Qualifications:

Qualification: Bachelors in electrical engineering.

  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.

Responsibilities:

  • Modelling of building services systems, including Mechanical, public health installations in Microstation Connect and Open Buildings Designer (OBD).
  • Measurements (area of floors, windows and facades of buildings) from existing PDF/ CAD-drawings and/or 3D Microstation/ OBD models
