Location: Gurgaon
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure sufficient stock availability for next 4 months in stock to carryout Schedule and unscheduled Task by executing mentioned activity.
Liaise with Procurement team to get updated status and intimate concern upon delivery of the same at warehouse.
Adequate knowledge of IPC / CMM / CML / SRM etc. before procurement is initiated to ensure that correct P/N is procured or checking the Commonality of units, interchangeability, effective, alternate units, OEM details etc.
Inquire stock Availability-Maintaining stock, stock details, supply chain performance etc.
Handle any AOG and Critical maintenance required spare to recover the Aircrafts at earliest.
Initiate procurement according to the consumption pattern while for the spares which is required for C-check & stock replenishment.
Coordinate with MCC to understand the material requirements for MEL.

2.Assistant Technical Officer – PLM
Location: Gurgaon
1 Floating RFQ and identifying the best vendor
Float RFQs same day / next day in case of routine indent and float RFQs and obtain quotation telephonically within hours in case of an AOG indent requirement for both Airbus A320 / ATR 72-600 aircraft fleet.
Ensure release of RFQs only to OEM (as per IPC) or their accredited Distributors (as per VIM) or approved vendors listed in IndiGo AVL.
After receipt of quotations from various vendors, prepare comparative sheet capturing cost, shipping location, lead time and check payment terms etc to clearly see & compare the quotations.
First check availability of item on Airbus & Satair portal to avail possible available spares credits. If item is available and of reasonable price in comparison to the quotation received from other sources, then raise PO on Airbus / Satair. If not available on Airbus / Satair, then raise PO on OEM/accredited Distributor having best price and stock availability / best lead time.
After receipt of signed POs from Finance, ensure that staff uploads scanned copies of PO set (PO with indent, comparative sheet, quotations, management approval, if any etc.) on AMOS, check the same and ensure LINKING complete PO set on AMOS.
2 Tracking & monitoring POs and communicating with vendors
Monitor purchase order release within 3 days of release of an Indent. In case of AOG Indents, preparation of POs on the same day or as per MEL status of the item required.
Monitoring of Indent tracking sheet on a daily basis.
Response to warehouse & Indent teams wrt orders released with attival date status of various items especially AOGs.
Review of items which are NIL / low stock from time to time in close coordination with warehouse and inform accordingly.

Officer – AO&CS in the role of Ramp

Job Responsibilities
Confirm the ETA of the flight from OCC or System (Navitaire).
Take the bay no. from Apron and convey it to all the stations on R.T.
Ensure that you are at the bay D-20 mins with all the equipments required.
Note down the Touch down and Chocks and convey it on R.T.
Allign the ramp properly.
Make sure there are enough coaches available for deplaning the pax and take care that baggage should reach Arrival before the pax.
Check the cleaning and take the boarding clearance from the Cabin crew and announce it on R.T.
Make sure loading is done as per Loading Instruction Report given by the Load and Trim staff.
After departure make sure that all the equipments are sent back to the transport yard.
Fill the ramp filling.
During the flight ensure everyone is smooth, safe and flight is on time.
Be aware of and comply with his/her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.
