Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:

Research and develop innovative welding methods that enable lightweight vehicle construction
Deliver welding processes suitable for high volume automotive body construction applications
MIG/MAG & TIG Welding Skills, Fronius and SKS software experience
Hands on experience in welding robo programming, Troubleshooting and Flexibility. (Motoman, Yaskawa and Fanuc robots)
Ability interprets welding and Drawing.
Hands on experience on Weld cost optimization, Consumable calculation
Tools, Jigs & Fixture Design and trouble shooting.
Overseeing a team of welders with driven result
Reviewing welding procedures, processes, and documentation.
Managing welding procedure qualifications and generating welding procedures to help the manufacturing and welding teams with cultivate innovation & customer focus.
Good working knowledge in FMEA & PPAP documents & PDCA
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This position requires the incumbent to become familiar with the Manufacturing Processes of the facility, Layout and Time Studies
Ability to work with cross functional teams across the globe

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Welding domain
BE Mechanical Engineering
Certified Welding engineer
Sound Knowledge in MIG/MAG , Tig welding & NDT methods
Strong analytical and problem solving-skills

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Quality Assistant Engineer is responsible for developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process. The main missions of the role are to:  Top 10 Faurecia Job Vacancies In India

Costing Expert

The Business Group Costing Expert role supports the costing teams in the division with standard methods, tools and financial costing
analysis
Existing standardized processes, methods and tools have to be used and continuously improved.
The main missions of the role are to :
Main Activities:
• Capitalize and provide an expertise to support internal costing related topics for all regions
• Drive and animate the digital continuity in co-operation with the related functional departments (IT, Manufacturing, PUR, PC&L,
D&D, Finance, Commercial team,…) including testing, validation, tools administration
• Drive and support development, maintenance and utilization of costing methodologies and tools such as :
• Product benchmark database
• Product cost models (internal, customer and supplier related)
• Customer cost break downs
• Official rates building and –update (for materials, labor, machines, etc.)
• Standards (cycle time, scrap…)
• Development cost models
• Tooling cost models
• Distribute best practices and train the network
Qualification (Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills):
The ideal candidate will have/be:
– Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Master’s Degree in Finance
– Minimum 4 years’ experience in automotive industry (e.g. program-, plant controlling. Technical experiences in production/
manufacturing engineering would be beneficial)
– Technical knowledge in managing cost optimization of products and manufacturing processes

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Perimeter:

Computational Aided Engineering (“CAE”) applications and infrastructures intended for digital simulation during product design & validation process.
The CAE technical expert is in charge within Group IT / Design & Validation Solution department of CAE expertise, managing CAE standards, projects and support for Forvia CAE users and other IT Teams (infrastructure, local IT …).

Her/His main missions are to:

• Ensure support and enhancement of job submission tool (fix bug, manage new version of applications, manage new HPC solution, answer end user needs)
• Ensure support and enhancement of job scheduler of HPC cluster
• Ensure support and enhancement of connexion with remote servers (like AZURE Cycle Cloud)
• Test and validate new OS image to ensure service continuity
• Define new hardware standard in collaboration with other teams
• Ensure level 3 support on Operating System, Job submission, Infiniband connection and applications deliveries
• Deliver application installation packages based on Forvia IT standards
• Manage documentation and KPIs for CAE domain
• Propose evolutions of CAE architecture and solutions in regards of technology evolutions (ex: GPU, AI, Cloud ….)
