Key Accountabilities:

The primary accountabilities for this role will include a mix of the following team accountabilities.

• Establish, maintain, communicate, and support consistent application of financial control policies

• To drive and establish internal control framework across GBS Pune (C&P region)

• Provide advice, support and training on the control policies to ensure consistent application across the group.

• Develop and deliver threshold and materiality analysis (for control policies and the SOX management assessment)

• Assist and give in defining the overall approach to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

Education and Experience

University degree or equivalent experience and professional accounting qualification (CA, CFA, ACA, CIMA, ACMA, etc.) or MBA

10+ years of meaningful experience in internal control, risk management, internal and external audit

Collaborative excellent teammate and agile outlook to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

What you will deliver

• Provide Rotating Equipment Engineering support to reduce risk, deliver operations support by working closely with the Site and the other squads

• Deliver global REE programs in collaboration with regions and OEMs/vendors

• Provide surveillance and monitoring of Rotating Equipment to understand health and performance, identify weak signals, operating limit excursions, vulnerabilities and optimisation/improvement opportunities

• Collate and interpret basic care exceptions, lube oil analysis reports, vibration data and system-generated alerts to provide a comprehensive view of rotating equipment condition and performance.

Must have educational qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Preferred education/certifications:

• Incorporated Engineer or Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer or equivalent

What you will deliver

• Advice and assistance to bp sites and projects in all aspects of modern control system design and operation; APC and complex regulatory process controls, operator interfaces, alarm management and remote performance monitoring.
• Remote and site-based support to bp refineries and production facilities using APC.
• Evaluation of APC opportunities, planning work activities, managing the work of others and taking responsibility for delivery.
• Develop capability and competency in others through mentoring and training.
• Incorporating industry standards and best practice into our APC systems.
• Supporting the use of technical standards and knowledge sharing within bp.

• Provides ICE subject area expertise related to instrumented protective systems and process controls in support of the TSI based region squads and solutions program activity
• Assess, prioritize and support the delivery of the subject area engineering backlog
• Maintains 6wk, 12wk, 8Q lookahead and prioritizes the subject area backlog to support the Squad Leads to deliver against agreed priorities and KPIs
• Provides ICE expertise to MoCs, brownfield projects and modifications, hazard identification and risk assessment processes
• Lead and contribute to the Functional Safety Programme / Region work scopes
• Define and deliver the Self-Verification of owned Engineered Barriers and Performance Standards

What you will deliver

• Provide subsea controls engineering expertise as the owner for the global subsea controls’ equipment condition monitoring data and tools.
• Lead in the delivery and maintenance of global digital tools to progress continuous improvement of subsea controls support (e.g. data gathering and data analysis, equipment dashboards, risk analysis tools, database management, data visualization, etc.).
• Support global offshore production operations with identifying control system anomalies through a standard set of monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Prepare, review, and endorse controls-related, plans, procedures and metrics and intervene where appropriate.

Must have education / certifications:

• Degree qualified in a relevant science or engineering field

Minimum years of relevant experience

• Years of experience: 5 – 10 years

Must have experience / skills (to be hired with):

In order to fulfill Castrol’s vision of pivoting into a Service & Maintenance brand, a network of premium car workshops is being set up under brand name Castrol Auto Service. The intent is to expand the network at rapid pace over next few years.

Branded Workshop & Program Manager will play a meaningful role in the achievement of this goal.
Will be responsible for setting up network of CAS workshops in their territory through acquisitions and for handling and nurturing this channel to growth and deployment of the channel offer. Incumbent will also be responsible for timely and effective process leading to outstanding customer experience. 

Education & Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (like Mechanical, Chemical etc.), with major of sales & marketing related is preferred and with 8+ years sales & marketing experience in B2B space.
– – Sound commercial knowledge on contracts and proven experience in long term contract negotiation and value creation
– Excellent selling skills especially the value selling skills, fair knowledge on auto technology, automotive aftermarket 

Key Challenges:
High level of familiarity with the various systems used for the different functions (e.g. general accounting, reporting, direct tax, etc.) in order to maintain and reconcile the accounts receivable system to ensure it balances accurately.
Collaborating closely with customers and colleagues in different geographical locations, time zones and potentially in different languages using different systems requiring meticulous coordination between teams.
Building strong team connections to ensure the Business and GBS hubs and GBS connected city partners are well connected to support Balance Sheet and P&L activities Improvement is required specifically surrounding, DTPs, the tools we use and the excel reports we produce to ensure efficiencies are created

Qualification & Experience and Competencies:
Education and Experience 

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferable.
Minimum of 5 – 6 years of experience in general and/or financial accounting

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide discipline engineering support for umbilical and flexible deliveries and collaborate with umbilicals and flexibles suppliers for specified Projects.
• Integration and management of interfaces between the umbilicals and flexibles suppliers and project system engineering (EPMS), connection system supplier (SPS), installation contractor (EPIC), logistics contractor and life of field team where applicable.
• Demonstrate good safe work practices and be proactive in ensuring safe practices at all times including a strong influence role with suppliers.
• Identify Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) risks and communicate as appropriate
• Working with Procurement, handle the supplier selection and award process for umbilicals and flexibles ensuring the best value to bp is achieved and contract is placed to meet project schedule requirements.

Essential Education :

• Bachelors’ Degree or higher qualification in an Engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer preferable.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements :

• Technical expertise with umbilicals / flexible pipes
• Track record and experience with SPS/SURF
• Track record of package delivery and/or supplier’s management
• Track record of managing people / teams located or remote
• Knowledge of good engineering practice
• Familiarity with codes and standards for umbilicals (API 17E) and Flexibles (API 17J)
