Key Accountabilities:
The primary accountabilities for this role will include a mix of the following team accountabilities.

Establish, maintain, communicate, and support consistent application of financial control policies

To drive and establish internal control framework across GBS Pune (C&P region)

Provide advice, support and training on the control policies to ensure consistent application across the group.

Develop and deliver threshold and materiality analysis (for control policies and the SOX management assessment)

Assist and give in defining the overall approach to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
Education and Experience
University degree or equivalent experience and professional accounting qualification (CA, CFA, ACA, CIMA, ACMA, etc.) or MBA
10+ years of meaningful experience in internal control, risk management, internal and external audit

What you will deliver

Provide Rotating Equipment Engineering support to reduce risk, deliver operations support by working closely with the Site and the other squads

Deliver global REE programs in collaboration with regions and OEMs/vendors

Provide surveillance and monitoring of Rotating Equipment to understand health and performance, identify weak signals, operating limit excursions, vulnerabilities and optimisation/improvement opportunities
-
Collate and interpret basic care exceptions, lube oil analysis reports, vibration data and system-generated alerts to provide a comprehensive view of rotating equipment condition and performance.

What you will deliver
- Advice and assistance to bp sites and projects in all aspects of modern control system design and operation; APC and complex regulatory process controls, operator interfaces, alarm management and remote performance monitoring.
- Remote and site-based support to bp refineries and production facilities using APC.
- Evaluation of APC opportunities, planning work activities, managing the work of others and taking responsibility for delivery.
- Develop capability and competency in others through mentoring and training.
- Incorporating industry standards and best practice into our APC systems.
- Supporting the use of technical standards and knowledge sharing within bp.

- Lead and contribute to the Functional Safety Programme / Region work scopes
- Define and deliver the Self-Verification of owned Engineered Barriers and Performance Standards

What you will deliver
- Provide subsea controls engineering expertise as the owner for the global subsea controls’ equipment condition monitoring data and tools.

Key Accountabilities:
- Provide discipline engineering support for umbilical and flexible deliveries and collaborate with umbilicals and flexibles suppliers for specified Projects.
- Integration and management of interfaces between the umbilicals and flexibles suppliers and project system engineering (EPMS), connection system supplier (SPS), installation contractor (EPIC), logistics contractor and life of field team where applicable.
- Demonstrate good safe work practices and be proactive in ensuring safe practices at all times including a strong influence role with suppliers.
- Identify Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) risks and communicate as appropriate
- Working with Procurement, handle the supplier selection and award process for umbilicals and flexibles ensuring the best value to bp is achieved and contract is placed to meet project schedule requirements.
Essential Education :
