3-Officer – Material Process

Location:  Aurangabad,
 

Reporting to Manager-Material Process, ensuring executing safety related basics and good knowledge of Incoming materials,material testing ,supplier quality and  meeting  Waste and other quality goals, minimize waste and defects better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.

The Mixing Compounder is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials to produce high-quality compounds.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and knowledge of mixing processes.

1. Weigh and measure raw materials according to recipes/formulations.

2. Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

3. Mixing of compounds to achieve uniform consistency and quality.

4. Monitor temperature, viscosity, and other process parameters.

Quality:

  • To maintain waste and defects within the AOP target.

  • Lead Plant optimization DEC and WPO pillar and drive of all necessary requisites.

  • Carry out plan for improvement for Quality.

  • Ensure for SOP/System adherence on shop floor

  • Cost Management:

  • Meet the AOP’s cost and make sure all cost saving projects be complied as per expectation.

4-BTA Maintenance Manager

Location:  Aurangabad, 
 
Reporting to Engineering Manager-Aurangabad, ensuring executing safety related actions and projects, Reliability of equipment’s, meeting  energy and bold goals, Keeping break down and cost in line or better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.
    
1.    Responsible for reliability of BC Mechanical and Electrical equipments’s.
2.    Ensure all safety standards as per GY requirements.
3.    To ensure all statutory compliances falling in preview of business center. 
4.    Upkeeping of machines to make sure zero breakdown and process conformity. 
5.    Handling capex related to sustenance. 
6.    To drive Plant Optimization- Reliability pillar as per guidelines.
7.    To coordinate with other department like Production, Quality, Safety to drive the Plant KPI’s.

5-Manager – Special Engineering Projects

Location:  Aurangabad
 

Reporting to Engineering Manager, to carry out Capital Projects working along with Engineering team and handle the civil activity in the plant: –

•    To handle all capital projects related to plant and co-ordinate with Engineering team members for its execution.

  • You will partner with the Global and Regional HR teams to coordinate key initiatives/programs across the Center to ensure alignment with the overall organization and the other Goodyear Business Services Centers.   • You will design, develop, and execute continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness. This includes continuous improvement of end-to-end Goodyear HR processes and programs and those that are facility and function-specific.

  • You will work collaboratively with the COEs and other specialist areas of HR, and build organizational capability to meet the current and future needs of the business. Utilize data from talent reviews and other sources to assess and address functional talent development needs, including succession planning, talent acquisition, organization design, diversity, retention, and tracking of talent development actions.   Develop programs and processes to assess and address these areas, including change management and after-action review.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop software applications to support key business functions for R&D. Coordinate, plan and execute software deployments to production, test and development platforms using documented procedures and tests.
