Eligibility Criteria

For Engineer Trainees (ETs)

Qualification: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or a five-year integrated Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Chemical, or Metallurgy from a recognized institute.

Age Limit: 27 years (29 years for candidates with a full-time Post Graduation in Engineering or Business Administration/Management).

For Supervisor Trainees (STs)

Qualification: Full-Time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics from a recognized institute with at least 65% marks (60% for SC/ST candidates).

Age Limit: 27 years.

Selection Process

Engineer Trainee Selection Process

Computer-Based Examination (CBE): Candidates will take an online exam.

Interview: Shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio) will be invited for an interview.

Final Selection: Based on 75% weightage to the CBE score and 25% to the interview.

Supervisor Trainee Selection Process

Stage 1 – Computer-Based Examination (CBE): Candidates will take an online test.

Stage 2 – Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates (1:3 ratio) must verify their documents.

Final Merit List: Based solely on the CBE score.

Salary & Benefits

For Engineer Trainees

Training Period Salary: Rs. 50,000/- per month.

After Training: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- per month.

Total CTC: Approx. Rs. 12.0 LPA.

For Supervisor Trainees

Training Period Salary: Rs. 32,000/- per month.

After Training: Rs. 33,500 – 1,20,000/- per month.

Service Agreement Bond

Engineer Trainees: Rs. 5,00,000 for 3 years.

Supervisor Trainees: Rs. 3,00,000 for 3 years.
