1-Junior Executive – Warehouse

Location-Vadodara

Experience –5 years – 10 years

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Update inventory records in the system to reflect real-time stock movements.
Identify and report discrepancies or stock shortages promptly.

Operations and Logistics:

Supervise the receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while adhering to quality standards.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency.
Implement best practices in storage and material handling.
Support the implementation of automation or warehouse management systems (WMS).

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Mill Test Certificates Preparation,

Knowledge of Indian Standard, ASTM & DIN,

Experience in Tensile Testing, Hardness & Impact

Able to evaluate microstructure i.e. grain size, inclusion

Knowledge of SAP

3-Lead – Structural Engineer

Roles & Responsibility

1.Analyze the structural requirements and constraints, considering factors such as load-bearing capacity, material selection, and environmental conditions

and create designs for composite products .

2.Assist in the development of prototypes to test and validate the design, modifying dimensions and parameters as necessary

3.Perform structural analysis using software tools and mathematical models to ensure that the composite products can withstand various loads and stresses

without failure. This analysis includes static and dynamic load calculations, finite element analysis, stress testing, etc.

• Troubleshoot and resolve structural and manufacturing issues that may arise during the product development and production processes.

Education Qualification/Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Civil Engineering with major in Structural Engineering

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus

• Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software

4-Executive-Long Product- RSSL

Qualification: Diploma (Electrical/Instrumentation)

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Necessary knowledge of:

ABB & Siemens AC and DC Drives fault diagnostics

Taking backup and restoration of drives

Basic knowledge of PLC & SCADA of ABB 500/800 PLC and Siemens S7300/ TIA portal

VCB, PCC and MCC maintenance

Planning, scheduling and maintenance of equipment as per ISO

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepares and processes GST invoices accurately and efficiently.

Create and process waybills, ensuring accuracy of shipment details, routing instructions

Ensures adherence to GST invoicing rules and regulations.

Monitor for and address any discrepancies between waybill information and actual shipments.

Maintain accurate & organized waybill records for future reference..

DQR/UD has to be prepared & released in time without any delay.

9-Manager – HSM – Mechanical

Experience –6 years – 12 years

Purpose of this position is to support the HSM-Operation , by timely attending Hydraulics/ Media systems faults and to carry out Operation & Maintenance of hydraulic/Media system equipment, Continuous monitoring of hydraulic equipment & carrying out preventive/Breakdown maintenance activities in Shifts.

Plan and ensure the availability of media system spare parts & control of inventory cost.

Adequate knowledge & skill in Hot Strip Mill Mechanical Maintenance as a large set up.
