Role Description
Job Purpose
The position is that of a Regional Sales Head who would primarily be responsible for driving sales of uPVC and System Aluminum category. Sales will need to be driven in defined geography with the help of a team through mapping and converting the business opportunities across Asian paints Channels and B2B segments. The individual will be working closely with all stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives. Brand work will involve looking after the visual merchandising of uPVC display in various stores.
Primary Responsibilities

Sales                                                                                                                                            Pitching/ converting sales opportunities and meeting sales targets
Creating site level index and driving conversion of the sites
Dealer Alignments                                                                                                        Pitching and aligning dealers for selling uPVC Category
New dealer opening and network expansion
Driving the dealer network for target achievement
Co-ordination                                                                                                        Co-ordination across multiple teams to meet customer requirements on  time
Team Handling                                 Handling and managing a team of direct sales representatives and collectively working towards the target
