Function: Replenishment

Key Stakeholders:

Internal: Export Manager, National Demand Planning & Export Manager, Head of Replenishment, Planning Team, Purchase Team, R&D team etc.

External: Vendors & Suppliers

Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation

in Management (preferably)

Experience- Experience: At least 5-6

years of relevant experience in Material

Planning, Production Planning preferably

1. Core responsibilities: Monthly/Bimonthly ordering or materials (RM/PM)

2. Design and Maintenance of RM/PM inventory norms. Adherence of norms.

3. Evaluation of Plan changes to revise RMPM requirements

4. Timely management of Material shortfalls

5. Hit Miss Ratio Report of material delivery

6. Transitions Management of RMPM Inventories – Recipe changes, Pack Changes, New launches

1. Must have skills: Good communication skill

2. Good Understanding of the Key

materials Planning processes (MRP

Explosion, BOM Changes, Transitions,

Inventory Norms Design)

Desired skills:

 Strong logical reasoning & analytical

capability.

 Deals with ambiguity

 Influencing & Networking skills

 SAP knowledge & efficient in excel
