You will join our Ramboll Support Centre – Finance & Accounts department
As our new Advance Associate – Business Finance you will be part of the RSC F&A team at Gurgaon location. Where you will be supporting the Ramboll Global colleagues.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Excellent knowledge of Business Finance process:
Relevant skills in Bank Reconcilation
Project administration in ERP: Creation of new projects, project closure and modification
Budgeting & Forecasting: Creating baseline budgets and budget updates
Management reporting: project review reporting, working capital reporting, cost analysis report
Should have worked on ERP previously (SAP/Oracle etc.)
Should have been part of one onsite transition – Added advantage
Hands on working on excel and word
Good communication skills –Voice & e-mail

3-5 years in operations
Fluent English language
Flexible with shifts
Experience in working in team environment
Should have experience in quality checking
Previous experience of finance shared service
Process improvement understanding
Green or yellow belt in six sigma – Added advantage
