JOB PURPOSE
To reach end clients, consultants, contractors for driving the professional lighting business and maintain the brand value across the segment and build goodwill for BEL.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to the process of sales funnel system. Monitored and scheduled the activities to self & to the team members for reaching the goals as a team.
Maintain consistent growth in the sales funnel monthly and the funnel growth trend and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Give value proposition to the customers for optimized lighting solution. using knowledge on lighting products, lighting design and solutions.
Extend solution-based approach to the clients with lighting, high mast, solar & IBMS.
Extract business from the key customer, add new customers to the clientele base and increase the conversion ratio from the acquired business opportunities.
Promote new products and solutions in the market to build strong and long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.

Responsible for maintaining funnel analytics for self & for the team.
Capture new customers from different customer segments by conducting seminars.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
B.E/ BTech (Electrical /Mechanical Engineering) or MBA/ PGDM (Sales & Marketing/ Operations.)
WORK EXPERIENCE
8+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably from lighting/ electrical industries.
At least 2+ years of experience in handling a team.
